Hey beautiful! My name is Gayle!

I’m married and a proud mama of 3 babes - 5 and under! I’m from Kansas and currently live in a town with a population of 100. Yes, I am building my DREAM LIFE in a town with no stop lights, gas station, grocery store or even paved roads!

I am an extroverted introvert… meaning I love being home but when I have the chance to meet up with other women who truly GET ME and push me to be better, I’m on cloud 9 ! I love the outdoors, especially deer shed hunting with my family and snow skiing.

After my first child was born in 2016 I knew something needed to change. I wasn’t living life, I was just “going through the motions” and living only for the weekend. I knew I was made for more and felt called to have a bigger impact in the lives of women, especially moms, than what I was able to do from the school setting as a School Social Worker.

I am on a mission to help other women become the best-versions-of-themselves by first taking back control of their health - mental, physical, emotional and spiritual.

I’m so beyond thankful I finally said YES to this opportunity! I would not be here today, living MY BEST LIFE, feeling as great as I do, even though self deprived!
